During my recent culinary getaway at Reflections, I discovered an unexpected gem in the gastronomic landscape. Nestled near Evans Head, the hotel's on-site restaurant offered a pleasing ambiance with an emphasis on local produce. The menu was a delightful fusion, blending traditional techniques with innovative dishes that catered to various palates. One enlightening dining experience was my brunch at the establishment, where the thoughtfully prepared meals seemed infused with regional flair. I tried the breakfast burrito-an exploration of flavors that carried just the right amount of zest, showcasing local ingredients. For a cheeky treat, I wandered a short distance to Muzza's Milk Bar, a charming throwback that specializes in milkshakes and thick shakes. Indulging in a classic chocolate thick shake was a sweet nostalgia that carried me back to my youth. Though our initial cabin accommodation left much to be desired, the ultimate culinary and location offerings made for an overall rewarding experience. The surrounding area- teeming with scenic beaches and vibrant dining options-certainly enhances Reflections as a destination for food enthusiasts.
